Use of the Pre-Reservation and Reservation services of the ABADES TRIANA RESTAURANT.

1.1. Pre-Reservation Services

The Pre-Reservation services are merely informative, and their sole and exclusive purpose is to offer the client the possibility of being informed as soon as possible if it is possible to make an individual reservation (less than 15 people) for the day and service requested. For firm confirmation, the client will receive an e-mail 15 calendar days before the chosen date, definitively informing him/her whether the reservation has been made or, in case of unavailability, proposing other available dates. Therefore, the Pre-Reservation service is not in any case a reservation itself, but a reservation request that will be closed or not once we receive the email from the Reservations Department of Abades Triana Restaurant.

1.2. Reservation Services (including on-line reservations)

a. Reservation services (and on-line reservation) are for the purpose of reserving a service at the Abades Triana Restaurant. The use of these services implies full acceptance of this Reservation Policy. Any special request (special dishes, table location, etc.) must be reported explicitly and in writing to the Restaurant and will be valid upon express confirmation of the same by the Restaurant’s reservations department, and may incur additional costs.

b. Termination of the contract or cancellation of the reservation: The cancellation of reservations by the user will not incur early cancellation fees. After this time, and in the event that a prepayment has been made for specific services (theme dinners, special order dishes, birthday cakes, etc.) Abades Triana Restaurant will charge 100% of these services, i.e., it will not proceed to refund the amount already paid.

c. Special requests:

c.1. Location: Abades Triana Restaurant does not guarantee the location of the table at the time of reservation. At all times, special requests will be noted as to the location of the table for each reservation, without being able to guarantee them at any time.

c.2. Special diets: Abades Triana Restaurant has dishes adapted for special diets such as celiacs and vegetarians. If you have any allergies or special dietary requirements, it is essential that you inform us at the time of your reservation so that we can inform the Chef and the Maître d’.
c.3. Special dishes or drinks: in case of requesting a special dish, a prepayment of 25€ per person will be requested as a guarantee. In this case, the reservations department will inform you of the possible methods of payment, and this amount will be deducted from the final invoice on the day of the reservation, as a prepayment.

d. Cancellation.

The customer may at any time cancel or modify his reservation by contacting the Restaurant directly. In case the client does not show up without prior notice, we will cancel the reservation after the stipulated period has elapsed. The stipulated tolerance margin for delays in reservations is 15 minutes.

e. The prices shown at the time of reservation (Restaurant Menu) include VAT (or equivalent tax) according to the tax rate applicable at the time of reservation. In the event that the tax rate changes between the date of the reservation and the date of the service generating a disparity, according to the law, the VAT or tax rate to be applied to the final price will be the one that corresponds at the time of delivery of the services (or the accrual of the tax), even in cases where this would cause an increase in relation to the final price indicated to the customer during the reservation.

f. Abades Triana Restaurant reserves the right to modify the present Terms and/or General Conditions of Contract, informing users of the modifications made through www.abadestriana.com.

1.3 The customer undertakes to use the services in accordance with the law, morality, good customs and public order, as well as with the provisions of these Terms and Conditions. Consequently, you are obliged not to use the services for purposes or effects that are illicit and/or contrary to the provisions of these Terms and/or General Conditions of Contract, harmful to the rights and/or interests of third parties or which, in any way, may damage the services, Abades Triana Restaurant and/or its image.

1.4. Abades Triana Restaurant may, for the convenience and benefit of users, modify unilaterally, at any time and without notice, the services provided or the Conditions of operation, techniques and use of services. Similarly, customers, in order to improve service and establish an optimal level of quality, which is the ultimate goal of Abades Triana Restaurant, may suggest those changes that they deem useful, by contacting those responsible for the page through the email address: trianaonline@abades.com.

1.5. External portals: in the event that the client makes reservations through portals outside the Abades Triana Restaurant, confirmation of the reservation will be sent to the user through the intermediary agent, and the client must comply with the policies of the latter. In case of any inconvenience with a reservation, Abades Triana Restaurant will immediately contact the intermediary to inform him, as well as the final customer, if possible. The Abades Triana Restaurant cannot guarantee immediate availability through intermediaries and disclaims all responsibility in the management of erroneous reservations and/or confirmations by intermediaries.

1.6 Large Table Reservations: For reservations of more than 6 people, the Restaurant will confirm each reservation by telephone on the same day in the morning. If we are unable to contact the number indicated, it is essential that the client confirms the reservation before 1:00 pm. Otherwise, the reservation will be automatically cancelled.
