Restaurant Abades Triana’s wine list presents a select and careful range of local, national and, of course, international wines; encompassing the most important denominations of each region.
This tour begins with a proposal close to Seville, Jerez. Among them, we find the driest to the sweetest. This way, the whole essence of this Andalusian area is shaped to satisfy the most demanding palates. Among the references, we find Tio Pepe en rama, Manzanilla Pasada from La Maruja or Quo Vadis amontillado sherries.
Sparkling wines are also very well represented on the restaurant’s wine list. An extensive sample of the denomination of origin Cava and Champagne that is available to the client. An example found on our list is Juve&Camps La Capela, Kripta, Dom Perignon, and Louis Rodereer Cristal.
With regard to white wines, you will find the most select wines from Seville or Cádiz, Rueda, La Rioja, or Rías Baixas on the Abades Triana menu, without forgetting names like Borgoña, La Toscana or Tokaj, among others. And for the reds, we look at Cazalla de la Sierra in the province of Seville and dedicate special attention to Bordeaux and the magnificent wines of the new world. Also well represented are the rosés and of them those produced in Andalusia. In this section, we find Ocnos, Descalzos Viejos, Belondrade and Lurton, Milmanda, Pazo Barrantes, Polly Foumet, and Chablis Grand Cru.
A curated menu careful not to miss the sweet dessert wines: Noah or Tintilla de Rota, to name a few. And with that, we come full circle, which allows our clients to experiment with the best of the wine scene.
A special section deserves a Grand Selection. With the most recognized wines on the international scene, like Vega Sicilia, Pingus, Petrus or Chateau Dyquem, to name a few.
